That does not necessarily mean you receive the same level of cover abroad as you have in the UK. Check the territorial section of the Insurance Product Information Document, policy wording, schedule and certificate before booking or starting an overseas journey.
Confirm not only that the country is included, but also what level of insurance applies there. A policy may provide only the minimum cover required by local law while abroad.
